William E. Spruill

William Elwood Spruill, Jr. passed away April 29, 2015. He was born in Norfolk, VA on Nov. 12, 1942 to the late William and Irma Spruill. Wes was passionate about hunting, fishing, and gardening. Most importantly, he was a loving and dedicated husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, brother-in-law, and friend.
