He was born on December 22, 1930 in Canton, Ohio, graduated from St. Louis University, and worked in Insurance and Investment Sales.
He was actively involved in St. Timothy’s, and enjoyed Golfing and Swimming.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents John and Viola Blum, and Stepmother Arlene Blum
Survived by his wife of 55 years, Janice Blum, 7 Children, Riki Wooley, Tanna Freeman, Robert(Diane) Blum, Jeff(Kim) Densmore, Laura Shelton, Paula(Mark) Beers, Richard Jr(Kathy) Blum, 14 Grandchildren and 19 Great Grandchildren.
The family would like to thank Cornerstone Hospice for the care and compassion they showed our loved one in their final days. A Celebration of Life to be at a later date.
