So sorry to hear of Gary’s passing. He was my golfing partner almost every Friday morning for 5 years. He was also a mentor when I needed to talk, and always a Christian around me, he was  funny, always seemed in a great mood, He will be missed and remembered by a lot of people in his community! RIP Gary!

My deepest sympathy to Terry and the family. Gary was one of the "good guys".  He always wanted what was "best" for the residents of Del Webb Spruce Creek and fought hard to right the wrongs. Gary rest in the Arms of Our Lord.

I met Gary when I joined the Kitchen Club. 
. He was there every Tuesday to make sure we were doing things correctly. Always made sure  we had plenty of food to serve and he was friendly with everyone.  Gary and Terry often joined us for an evening at the Ocala theater with dinner at some local restaurant.  He was involved in other things in the community and always gave a 100% effort. He will be missed not only buy those  in the kitchen club but all who knew him in Del Webb.  You left us too soon.  Rest in peace Gary 

Met Gary in 2016 when I was a new resident  of Del Webb SCCC. He and I became friends serving on the Board of Directors together. Gary knew I enjoyed cooking so got me join the Kitchen Club, where together we participated preparing, cooking and serving the Pot Roast meals.  He was an a tireless worker for our community serving in many different functions. Our relationship was enhanced due to our similar trust in Jesus Christ, therefore I truly believe Gary now is HIM. I miss him.  GOD bless the Burd family in this time of loss. 

I will always remember the wonderful times Pete and I had with Gary and Terry when we all lived in Smithtown Long Island and attended Smithtown Gospel Tabernacle.  Great memories!!
