Ruby Helen Hall passed on April 30, 2026, at the age of 90.
Survived by Timothy Myers and family, and the late Michael Myers and family.
Ruby was an outstanding artist specializing in watercolors, winning numerous awards for her work. Before her career in art, she was an art teacher and educator in WV for several years. She was proud to receive her undergraduate degree from West Virginia State College and her MFA from Marshal University. Born and raised in West Virginia, Ruby was a proud Florida Resident for over 30 years.
