Obituary of Mark Ambrose Terpin
Mark A. Terpin, 73, of Bradenton, FL passed away on November 18, 2022, after an extended illness. Mark was born in Canonsburg, PA to August (Gus) Terpin and Rosemary Kesnowski Terpin. He graduated from Warren G. Harding High School in 1968. Mark was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He retired from Delphi Packard Electric in Warren, OH, after working there for 36 years. He moved to Bradenton, FL and the mountains of Rabun County, GA where he enjoyed his retirement. Mark enjoyed all sports and was an avid golfer, as well as, a life-long Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He is predeceased by his parents, Gus and Rosemary. Mark is survived by his wife, Kathy (Demko) Terpin, of Bradenton, FL; 3 sisters Nancy Miller (Jim) of Cortland, OH; Kathy Dowell (Brady) of Warren, OH; and Helen Boggs. 3 brothers: Tom Terpin (Susan) of Girard, OH; David Terpin of Warren, OH; and Jim Terpin (Shari) of Watkinsville, GA.; brother-in-law John Demko (Pam); sisters-in-law Diane Schrock and Marian Greenawalt (Allen) and many cousins, nieces and nephews. A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, January, 12, 2023 at 11AM at the Adoration Chapel, Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church, 12905 S.R.70 East, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202. Inurnment will be at 1:30PM on Friday, February 10, 2023 Sarasota National Cemetery (Military Service), 9810 State Road 72, Sarasota, FL 34241. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mark’s memory to the hospice/The Tidewell Foundation, 3550 South Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL 34239 or the Building Fund at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at for the Terpin family.
