He was born on September 18, 1968, at the Wurzburg Army Hospital in Germany to the late Robert “Bobby” Belval and Kathleen “Kathy” Newton Belval.
Kelly grew up in Columbia, Missouri, Whitinsville, Massachusetts, and later made his home in Sarasota, Florida. After graduating from Northbridge High School, he moved to Florida where he worked alongside his father operating several BP stations in the Sarasota area. Known for his generosity and willingness to lend a hand, Kelly was a loyal friend who cared deeply for others. He took pride in helping his “snowbird” families maintain their homes throughout the seasons, earning their lasting gratitude and friendship.
Kelly leaves behind his devoted wife, Michelle; daughters, Sydney and Savannah; his mother, Kate Newton Anthony; his mother-in-law Maxine Koerner; his sister, Kerry Sznajder and brother-in-law Craig; his brother, Jesse Anthony of Wichita, Kansas; as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews and his cherished dogs, Ranger and Summer.
