

Vicki Lynn Chumbley, 63, of San Antonio, Texas, passed away on October 28, 2025. Born and raised in San Antonio, Vicki spent her life rooted in faith, family, and kindness — values that defined her every day on this earth.
A devoted mother, grandmother, and friend, Vicki’s greatest passion was her family. She is survived by her daughter, Kelly Chumbley, and her son, Curtis Chumbley, and his wife Gricel. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Jayden, Kaylee, Jaxton, Kylie, Khloe, and Kobe, who were truly the light of her life.
Vicki’s heart for others shone brightest through her dedication to her church, Oak Island United Methodist Church, where she joyfully served the Lord and the children of her community. Her selflessness, compassion, and unwavering faith touched every life she encountered. Those who knew Vicki will remember her as one of the kindest souls — sweet, gentle, and always putting others before herself.
Her presence brought warmth, laughter, and love into every room, and her legacy of kindness will continue to live on through the countless people she cared for so deeply.
A celebration of Vicki’s life will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Oak Island United Methodist Church, 3030 De Vilbiss Ln, San Antonio, TX 78264.
Vicki will be forever loved and deeply missed by all who were blessed to know her.
