Sharon was born on February 26, 1943, in Chicago Heights, Illinois to Raymond and Ethel (Brinkruff) Bonick. She worked as a Flight Attendant for TWA and later became a Reading, Title 1, and Recovery Teacher. Being a Flight Attendant, Sharon enjoyed traveling and even stayed in Kenya with a family on a missionary. Sharon also loved dancing (ballet and tap at an early age, the jitterbug, and the cha-cha), learned to play the accordion, and while living previously in Colorado, enjoyed walking in the mountains and white-water rafting. Sharon was always an adventurous person, living and loving life to its fullest extent. Sharon was a very religious woman, attending church faithfully and enjoyed devoting her time, such as when she danced for people in a senior living home to brighten their spirits.
Sharon is survived by her son: Scott Morrison and wife: Maggie Negron-Morrison and two children, and sister: Diane Durcinka (Husband: Pat) & children: Eric and Caryn, and nephew: David Marsh and her son's loving fur baby: Daisy, a Havanese dog.
Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, ex-husband: Don Morrison, son: Darren Morrison, and one sister: Carol Marsh.
There will be a Private Celebration of Life held at a later date in Naples, FL.
