Marge, Tampa Sailing Squadron Board of Directors and the Membership wish to express our heartfelt sympathy to you and all the Bothwell families. Jim was a beloved member and contributor to the sailing community. We loved seeing him Captain Rainbow Chaser with the cruising fleet. Jim led our board and was a dock master who kept on the helm to improve our harbor front property, our clubhouse and ancillary services to bring both sailing and friendships to so many newcomers and tenured members. Jim spearheaded the initiative that brought the vision for a children's play area with swing sets. I remember he said he inspected them tested them out himself. I'm sure he did. Jim saw to it that if a hole needed to be dug that it got done even if it took two engineers and a consultant with  PHD to do the work.
