Ella was born and raised in Elmira, New York, where she lived until 1973, when she and her family relocated to Florida. She made her home in Sarasota, Florida, and Sand Key for many years before retiring to Sun City Center, Florida.
Ella had a deep love for the arts and especially enjoyed floral design. Her creativity and appreciation for beauty were an important part of who she was.
She was preceded in death by her parents. Ella is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Edward O’Brien; her five children, Scott, Shannon, son-in-law John, Sean, Mike, and Kelly; her grandchildren, Reece, Riley, Jessica, and Cody; her brother, Robert; her sister, Doris; and many other family members and loved ones who will cherish her memory.
Ella will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her. Her life, creativity, and love for her family will remain in their hearts forever.
