Diane Lynne Weeks

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Diane Lynne Weeks, age 77, of Apollo Beach, Florida who passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2023. Diane was at home during her peaceful passing with her life partner, Ronald Hubner, at her bedside.

Born on November 20th 1945, Diane Lynne Weeks was a beacon of love, kindness and strength. She touched the lives of everyone she met with her warmth and genuine compassion. Diane was not just a mother, she was a source of inspiration, support and unwavering love. Diane' s mission in life was family and to take care of those who needed her. Diane would often times put her own concerns at bay to help others in need.

Diane was a devoted life partner of Ronald Hubner, loving mother to Bill Weeks (Kathy) and Scott Weeks (Michelle); loving grandmother to Blake Weeks and Tyler Weeks; dear sister, of Jayne Mooney and Pat Green. She was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Newsham.

Diane had a passion for her children and grandchildren that words cannot describe. When Diane wasn't consumed spending time with her family she enjoyed reading, sailing, walks, cooking, spending time with friends, and vacationing.

Diane had a nurturing spirit and people often sought her kind words of wisdom. Anyone who was fortunate enough to know Diane was a better person for it.

A celebration of life for Diane will be held Friday, February 9, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at National Cremation and Burial Society Ruskin, 308 East College Ave, Ruskin, FL 33570.

Diane will be forever missed but never forgotten. Her love, laughter, wisdom and compassion will continue to guide and inspire us all. May she rest in Eternal Peace.
