Barbara Eloise Cafro

Barbara E. Cafro (Hyer), 76, of Sun City Center, Florida, passed away on July 6, 2026. Barbara was born and raised in Union Beach, New Jersey, and graduated from Keyport High School. She lived in several towns throughout New Jersey and later spent time in Pennsylvania to be close to her grandchildren before moving to Sun City Center, Florida, in 2015. She worked for many years as the Office Manager of a periodontal practice until retiring.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Wilmer C. Hyer and Jessie L. (Beaman) Hyer; her grandparents; her aunts and uncles; and her beloved partner, Nicholas D'Agostino.

She is survived by her daughter, Janice L. Venberg; her son, Dominic Cafro; her sister, Esther M. Lewert; her grandchildren, Dylan, Jillian, and Madison Venberg; and ten nieces and nephews.

Barbara will be remembered by her family and friends and will be deeply missed.
