Octavia was born at Pomona Valley Hospital in Pomona, CA, on August 6, 1990 to Eddie Lynette Thomas. Octavia loved to dance, sing, hang out with her family and friends.
Octavia is preceded in death by her beloved mother Eddie Lynette Thomas and infant son Travion Graves. She is survived by her children Kevion Graves, Latoya Graves, JAceon Graves, Seymajineah Graves. Octavia is survived by her siblings and nieces and nephews Angela Williams, Nikiya Williams, Neveah Williams, of Barstow, CA, Darryl Smith (Ashley) Milene Smith, Angel Smith, Natalie Smith, Damien Smith, David Smith, Jermainaya Smith, Darryl Smith Jr, Julianna Smith of Barstow, CA, and Deandre Thomas of Barstow, CA. She also leaves behind many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends that will miss her deeply.
