Emmanuel James Worrell, affectionately known as “Manny,” age 28, of Riverside, California, passed away at his home on March 17, 2025. Born on December 23, 1996, in Corona, California, Manny was raised in Riverside, where he grew up surrounded by friends and family who loved him deeply.
Manny was a natural protector, always putting his friends and family first. He had a huge heart, a quick wit, and an undeniable presence that we will never forget. He had a natural ability to make those around him feel safe and valued, always looking out for the people he loved.
Whether he was cheering at football games, enjoying a good movie, or riding jet skis out on the lake, Manny brought light and laughter with him wherever he went.
He studied to become a composite technician and worked in that field for several years before finding his place at Valvoline, where he served as a Senior Customer Service Advisor. Manny was on track for promotion to Assistant Manager, a role he was excited for.
He was currently studying business at a local community college. Manny dreamed of building something lasting with his brother, and he founded C&W Automotive Unlimited, LLC—laying the foundation for the business he envisioned growing side by side.
He is survived by his loving mother, Melissa Worrell; his brother, Benjamin Chavez; and his sister, Sabrina Mueller. He also leaves behind many cherished friends and extended family, all of whom will carry his memory in their hearts forever.
A memorial service to celebrate Manny’s life will be held on May 4th at Suite C 835, located at 9364 Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA 92503 (old pool hall). The service will be from 2:00pm to 6:00pm. We will be serving Manny’s favorite foods and his favorite color is blue.
He will forever be missed, but never forgotten.
