Roger Geske

Passed away on January 14, 2022 at the age of 80, in his home state of Minnesota. His battle with serious medical issues in recent years showed his courage in facing life challenges with a smile. Despite the pain, Roger maintained his sense of humor and loving heart until the end. Roger is preceded in death by parents Alice and Clarence Geske and sister Janet Buhler. He was survived by brother-in-law, Dick Buhler; nieces Cathy Chase and Sue Mangiante; nephews Steve (Tracy) Buhler, Scott (Kristan) Buhler and Greg (Cindy) Buhler; many other relatives and dear friends. Roger will be remembered for his love of family, friends, hunting and fishing. He served his country and traveled the world while in the Navy. He was educated at Macalester College in St. Paul, MN and had a quick wit. Roger will be honored in a memorial in June 2022 followed by an interment at Acacia Park Cemetery, Mendota Heights, MN Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.nationalcremation.com/locations/richfield for the Geske family.
