Survived by his brothers, Rick, Mark (Nancy) and Jim (Lauri) Booth; nephews and niece, Christopher, Andrew and Rachel Booth and many other relatives and dear friends, especially Gary Olson.
Paul was a very decorated and accomplished chef and his talents allowed him to travel the world. Paul's had a deep passion for music and he was able to share his musical talents on Guitar by performing with multiple Bands throughout his life. He loved every minute of performing for people.
Paul also loved the outdoors and fishing.
Paul leaves behind a legacy of lifelong friendships and cherished memories. Special thanks to Paul’s care team especially nurses Kelly and Ann who were there for Paul throughout his cancer journey. A Celebration of Paul’s life will take place on August 18th, 2024 at Woodlake Nature Center in Richfield. Private family burial at Oak Hill Cemetery in Minneapolis.
