Patricia Jean Foutz

Patricia Jean Hughes, 84 (Foutz) of Glencoe, MN passed away on July 25th, 2026, surrounded by love. Patricia grew up in Glencoe, MN. She moved to Texas in 1983 where she learned to say y'all and spent many years loving Texas weather. Patrica loved music, cats, crossword puzzles, reading, and her kids, in no particular order. She had a great sense of humor and an encyclopedic knowledge of music. She will be greatly missed! She is survived by her two daughters Sinjin Foutz (Mark Sielig) and Kendra Foutz (Farzad Ahrabi), her brothers Harley Hughes (Sue) and Jim Hughes (Shirley), brother-in-law Bob Raether, grandchildren; Birynne Carroll (David) and Geoff Foutz-Dramdahl (Alee), along with many great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Patricia was preceded in death by her father Elmer Hughes, mother Dora Hughes (Hein) and sister Dorthea Raether. A celebration of life will be held on 8/22/26 at Oak Leaf Park, Glencoe, MN, at 12:00pm. Private internment will be at Glencoe Municipal Cemetery at 10:00am.
