Mark is survived by his wife, Rita; children, Dayne (Sydni), Brent (Cindy), JoDell (Corey), Kyle (Kamber) and Adam; grandchildren: Gavyn, Jade, Summer, MaKaylyn (Kashin), Hunter, Broderick and Gaige; great grandson, Ford; brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, other relatives, many friends and faithful dogs, Brier and Bella. He is preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Beverly (Severson) Jacobs.
Please join the family for a Celebration of Life at Historic Fort Snelling Chapel, 1 Tower Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55450 on Friday, February 4, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. with visitation at 11:00 a.m. The Chapel is located at the intersection of Highways 5, 55 and 62. Once in this area watch for signs directing you to Historic Fort Snelling. Follow these signs and you will see the Chapel.
Mark was a proud veteran, if you have a military background, please wear your “cover” or military cap in honor of Mark.
Private Interment at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Wounded Warrior Project.
