She is survived by her husband of 65 years Curtis, son Wayne (Carmen), daughter Lynn (Steve), & granddaughter Lauren (Mitch).
Kay was born in Greenbush, MN on May 4, 1937, and preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Evelyn Johnson
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. Her family was very important to her. She really enjoyed spending time with all of her family during many gatherings.
Kay also cherished her good friends, many who she had known for decades.
She was a long-time member of Normandale Lutheran Church. Her faith gave her strength and comfort.
A Memorial Service and Columbarium Interment for Kay will be held at Normandale Lutheran Church (6100 Normandale Road, Edina, MN 55436) on June 28, 2024, at 11:00 AM.
There will be a lunch following the service.
Memorial donations may be made in her name to a charity of your choice.
