Frank G. Arena of Richfield, MN formerly of Winthrop, MA passed away after enduring a long battle of health complications from a stroke he suffered in Nov. 2021. Frank loved to travel, especially long trips across Europe. If he wasn't traveling, you could find him at a beach. He loved to take weekend getaways to visit his niece Tammy up on Lake Superior. He is preceded in death by his parents Jack and Flora Arena of Winthrop, MA. Frank leaves behind his life partner of 31 years Dale Platt of St. Paul, MN, Sisters Natalie (Joe- Deceased) Gioioso of Peabody, MA, Francine (Gary) Andon of Saugus, MA, Theresa (Paul) DeLeo of Boxford, MA, Florine (Willard) Turner of Worcester, MA, Frank also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and loved ones. Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
