Dan was a graduate of Sartell High School and St. Cloud State University. After college, Dan landed a job at the Minneapolis Grain Exchange. When that closed, he started working for Grain Millers Inc., where he had been for the last 14 years. Dan enjoyed hunting, fishing, the yearly trip to the BWCA, family trips & spending time with his girls.
Survived by his wife, Tarah; daughters, Riley and Maddie; parents, Michael and Ramona Patton; sister, Sara (Ryan); brothers, Mike and Tim (Kara); Father & Mother-in-law (Pat and Kim); sister-in-law, Brooke; nephews & nieces: Brandt, Elizabeth, Grace, Jake, Paul, Sophia, Elise & Abigayle. Dan is also survived by his “2nd parents,” Kevin and Marti Walz & numerous aunts, uncles, cousins & friends. Preceded in death by his Paternal & Maternal grandparents, other extended family and friends.
