Bruce Edward Johnson passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on August 22nd, 2024. Bruce was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota on April 9th, 1942. Bruce is preceded in death by his parents, Milferd and Parthena Johnson, infant son, Theodore “Teddy” James Johnson and brother, Raymond Johnson. Bruce is survived by his wife; Sandra “Sandy” of 65 years, children; Tim, Tom (Melissa), Amy (Jon), Mike, Matt (Stephanie), grandchildren; Eli, Jorja, Brynn, Grace, Liam, Brooke, Sam, Dominick and Nathaniel; Three great grandchildren, Freddie, Waylon and Travis; sister, Barbara Hardie, and many loving family and friends. Bruce loved his career as a stone and brick mason and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. After retirement, he took up wood crafting winning blue ribbons at the Minnesota State Fair, of which he always looked forward to each year. Bruce enjoyed trips hunting and fishing with family and friends. He will be dearly missed but always in our hearts. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Animal Humane Society.
