Warner Mack Moore

Warner Mack Moore, 59, passed away peacefully on September 1, 2026. He was born on November 4, 1966, in New Bern, North Carolina, to the late Mack Guilford Moore and Jane Marie Couch. He grew up in Wilson, North Carolina.

Warner was an electrician by trade, but his true passion was helping others. He was always willing to lend a hand to his friends and enjoyed working on and building race cars. He could often be found at the racetrack in the pit box, cheering on his friends and supporting them in their racing endeavors.

Warner was a true animal lover and had a special bond with his beloved dog, Drako, who will miss him dearly.

Warner was preceded in death by his parents, Mack Guilford Moore and Jane Marie Couch

He is survived by his sisters, Lynn Formell (Tony), Sherri Wilkins, and Kim Pulliam (Jerry); his brother, Eric Moore (Angie); and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Warner will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all those who had the privilege of knowing him. His generous heart, willingness to help others, love of animals, and passion for racing will remain in the hearts of those who loved him.
