Rick was born to Alvin (Al) and Ethel (Billie) Brown and lived most of his life in P.G. County, Maryland before retiring from NIH and moving to Florida. He expanded his dream home to better enjoy his passions for classic cars, Harleys, and blue crabs.
Rick leaves behind three children, Robert, Jacqueline and Jessica Brown; his beloved granddaughter Isabella Scheve; his mother (aka “The General”); his sister Kathleen (Kate, Kathy) Brown; and many friends in Maryland and Florida.
A private service will be held for family in Maryland. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
