Jeffrey Howard Schwartz

Jeffrey Howard Schwartz of Maple Grove passed away on April 18, 2024 at the age of 76. He was born on August 06, 1947 in Duluth, MN where he grew up with Mother Claire, Father Howard, and Brothers Grant, Leigh, and Randy.

Jeffrey worked in Telecommunication for his career and was actively involved in The Good Life Community. He loved spending time with his family, friends, and his puppy Bella.

Jeffrey is preceded in death by his Mother Claire Schwartz, Father Howard Schwartz, Wife Rita Schwartz, and son Timothy Schwartz.

He is survived by his brothers and their spouses; Grant & Cathy, Leigh & Debbie, Randy & Patty. Children and their spouses David & Jen, Shawn & Barbara, and Kimberly & James. Grandchildren include Weston, Billy, Victoria, Hailey, Erik, Sarah, Ethan, Jack, Trevor, Cavin and Cole. He has one great grandson, Jaxson Jeffrey Schwartz.

The family would like to thank Hospice of the Valley and Broadway Mesa Village staff for the care and compassion they showed our loved one in their final days.

Family and friends are invited to attend an Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery on June 10, 2024 at 9:00AM.
