Dan was born in Battle Creek, Michigan on August 26, 1960, to Kenneth and Teresa Englert. Dan graduated in 1978 from Lakeview High School in Battle Creek, Michigan.
After high school, Dan moved to Texas for a few years. He also spent several years in Colorado before moving to Arizona in 2018. Dan worked several jobs over the years ranging from a machinist, managing a 7-11 store, to driving semi-trucks over the road. He also started his own handy man business which he had for several years. Dan enjoyed helping people when he could, was a serious patriot, and had his faith.
Dan will be laid to rest in Pennsylvania. No date has been determined at this time.
He is survived by his sister Sue Saxon (Kevin), a niece Nicole Saxon-Gomez (Camilo), and a grandniece Mila, all residing in Arizona and many cousins who reside in Pennsylvania.
Dan was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Teresa Englert, and brothers Larry and Bruce Englert.
