Pioneer Lodge No. 72 Ancient Free & Accepted Masons in Ashland, Maine expresses our condolences to all the family members.  Bill's father, William K. Savary, Sr. had received his 50 year Veterans Medal and was a 70 year member of our lodge, passing to the Celestial Lodge above at the age of 91 .  Bill, Jr. had so wanted to also receive his 50 year Veteran's Meal from the Grand Lodge of Maine like his father.  On December 19, 2019, at the age of 89 years, he was presented his 50 year medal at his residence in Lakeland, FL by RW Jack Lagerquist, Past Senior Grand Warden of the Grand Lodge of Maine.  I think the smile on his face in the picture says it all.  They now both sit together in our Celestial Lodge above.
