Born May, 17,1959 in Teaneck, NJ, he grew up in Closter and Emerson, NJ, graduating from Emerson H.S. in 1977. He retired to Florida in 2018.
Frank's favorite pastimes included walks on the beach, playing his guitar and listening to his favorite music – particularly The Who, Jeff Beck, and “The Boss” Bruce Springsteen.
Predeceased by his parents, Frank C. Hills, Jr. (2026), Lorraine Hills Marren (2014), brother Thomas Hills (2017), and nephew Christopher Elliott (2023), Frank is survived by his ex-wife Nancy Comparetto, sons Matthew, James, and Daniel Hills, grandson James Enrico Grayson Hills, sisters Deborah DiPersia (Vincent), Vicki Elliott, and several nieces and nephews.
