

Deborah “Debbie” L. Crawford Frank of Oscoda, MI passed away on July 22, 2026, at the age of 73. She was born on September 22, 1952, grew up in Tawas City, Michigan, and moved to Central Florida in 1993, until she returned to the Tawas/Oscoda area in 2018. She and her partner were in the process of relocating back to Central Florida from Michigan, looking forward to the next chapter of life.
She graduated from Tawas Area High School in 1970. Debbie worked many years in the Lake County, Florida Property Appraisers office in an administrative capacity. She also worked at several retail stores in the Golden Triangle area of Lake County. She always enjoyed spending time with friends, family and was an excellent seamstress.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne A. Frank; parents, Robert (Harry) Crawford and Hazel Crawford.
She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Rebecca and Lee White; partner, David (Skip) Bornheimer and his family; numerous nephews, nieces, grandnieces and grandnephews.
Debbie was a cherished daughter, sister, wife, partner, cousin and aunt whose love for her family knew no bounds. She touched the lives of so many with her warmth, kindness and devotion. A loyal and giving friend, she lived with a spirit of compassion and unselfishness, always ready to offer encouragement, lend a hand, or simply stand beside someone who needed support. Even in her passing, her caring spirit lives on; with her final wish to become an organ donor. It is a lasting testament to the kindness and generosity that defined her life.
The family would like to thank the medical doctors, nurses and clinical staff at HCA Hospital, Sanford, FL for the care and compassion they showed our loved one in her final days. Also thanking OurLegacy’s caring individuals during and after the organ donor process.
Debbie's final resting place will be at Florida National Cemetery located in Bushnell, Florida. Please check back for the date to follow.
