Born in Waynesville, Ohio in 1947, she was the daughter of Betty and William Tinney. She was a graduate of Waynesville High School 1965 and kept in close contact with many of her classmates.
She was active in Eau Gallie South Little League Softball and coached many Champion and Allstar teams. When not at the ballfields she could be found volunteering at local schools. She worked for All World Travel for many years as bookkeeper and at Person’s accounting. She loved to travel and was active in Compass Pointe’s many social groups.
She is survived by her brother Dr. Leonard “Len” Tinney of Vandalia, OH, sister Nancy (Tinney) Boggs of Sarasota, FL, husband Raymond “Fred” Williams of West Melbourne, FL; children Matthew Taylor of Palm Bay, FL, Starla (Taylor) Starr of West Melbourne, FL and Brent Taylor of Minneola, FL; stepchildren Kathy Williams, of San Jose, CA, Kristin Munro of Scotts Valley, CA, and Danny Williams of Lantana, TX, and dearest friend Susan Burns, of Maineville, Ohio. She has 11 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.
