Louis Ted Dorce

It is with deepest sorrow that we announce that Louis TED Dorcé, age 35, beloved son, brother, family member, father of three wonderful boys, and friend passed suddenly on Friday, December 4th, 2020 while in the hospital. We lost Ted as a result of complications from his diabetes. A condition he had battled with for his entire adult life.

Our beloved Ted was a family man and a true friend to many– ready and willing to render his help at a moment’s notice. Those who knew Ted, even just a little, lost a shining light in their lives.

Ted will be missed everyday by his mother Marie Maud, his children Lovell, Ju Louis & Juvell, sister Thabata, brother Louis, father, "Half sister Stevenise, his loving Aunt, Uncles, Cousins and many, many great friends he has made throughout his life time.

With confidence, we know Ted is now in a better place where there is no more suffering, stress, and physical pain. He is now resting and is loved in heaven as he was here on earth.

A memorial service will be held on Dec. 19, 2020 at the funeral home of National Cremation Society of North Fort-Myers 3453 Hancock Bridge Parkway. North Fort- Myers, FL. 33903

His burial will be a private one where his remains will be laid to rest in Restlawn Memorial Garden located In Port Charlotte, FL at 1380 Forrest Nelson Blvd 33952, where family and friends, at their convenience, will be able to pay their respect.

Those who choose to give a gift to honor Ted are asked to make their donation on behalf to his 3 sons for which a link will be provided. Flower arrangements donations for the memorial service are to be sent and received by the funeral home on the day of December 19th, 2020.
