

Gerald "Jerry" Bahrs, age 69, of North Fort Myers, Florida, passed away peacefully on June 21, 2026, after a courageous year-long battle with cancer. He was born on February 16, 1957, in Racine, Wisconsin.
Jerry was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend whose greatest joy in life was spending time with the people he loved. He shared 38 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Pamela Bahrs, creating a lifetime of cherished memories together.
He is survived by his wife, Pamela Bahrs; his son, Jason (Sam) Bahrs; his daughters, Danielle Adams, Crystal (Greg) Lipps, and Jennifer (Aubrey) Gagnon; 12 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren. Jerry's legacy of love, strength, and dedication will live on through each of them.
Jerry was preceded in death by his mother, Judith Bahrs, and his father, Raymond Bahrs.
Jerry enjoyed many hobbies throughout his life, including fishing, bowling, and woodworking. He had a gift for building beautiful things out of wood and took great pride in creating with his hands. Whether casting a line, spending time at the bowling alley, or working on a project in his workshop, Jerry found happiness in life's simple pleasures. Above all else, he treasured the moments spent with family and loved ones.
Jerry will be remembered for his kind heart, unwavering love for his family, and the countless memories he leaves behind. He touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Jerry passed away in North Fort Myers, Florida, surrounded by the love of his family. Though he is no longer with us, his love, wisdom, and spirit will remain in our hearts forever.
