Dorothy Mae Riddle, age 92, of Fort Myers, FL passed away peacefully on May 3, 2026.
Dorothy was born on November 1, 1933, in East Peoria, IL to Clara Miller and Herman Miller. She lived a long life marked by love, strength, and devotion to God.
Dorothy fought a courageous battle with dementia and passed peacefully with her son by her side.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clara Miller and Herman Miller; her husband, Larry Riddle; her sister, Mary Ellen Brandt; and her brother, David Miller.
Dorothy is survived by her loving son, Dan Chard; daughter-in-law, Cheryl Davis; and grandson, Dylan Chard.
Dorothy will be remembered for her kindness and the many lives she touched throughout the years. Her presence brought comfort and joy to family and friends, and her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
She is lovingly remembered and deeply missed.
