Charles Laverne Smith

Charles was born on June 25, 1931 in Sodus, New York to Edmund C. and Freeda L. Smith.

He was an active member of the SW Florida Gem, Mineral & Lapidary Society. He also enjoyed the outdoors, golfing & archery hunting. He was past President of Top of the Hill Retirees Club in Newark, NY

Charles was predeceased by his parents, brothers Robert & Howard Smith and his daughter Pamela J. Vitaro.

Charles is survived by his wife of 40 years, Grace R. Smith, sisters; Lois Steitler of Lyons, NY and Joan (Ken) Roberts of Port Saint Lucie, FL, his daughters; Sandra Stauch, Lyons, NY, Susan (Tom) Munger, North Rose, NY, Marcia (Brian) Tomer, North Rose, NY, grandchildren; Bethany Vitaro, Amy Schneier, Nicholas Vitaro, Micheal Munger, Jacki Munger-Garland & Jillian Tomer, Great grandchildren; Luca Santana, Gavin Munger and Olivia Munger, and several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
