Barbara was small at barely 5 ft tall, but mighty. She desperately wanted to weigh more than 96 pounds when she married William. She didn’t make it. Barbara was a hardworking housewife who loved to play cards. It brought her great joy to “ stick it “ to her competitors. She also loved to work in her always beautiful flower gardens. She had a green thumb and could grow anything.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents Orville and Golda; by her 3 siblings Vivian, Gale and Stan ; and her daughter Mary. She is survived by her husband of 66 years William; her 3 remaining children Katrina, Janet and Curtis; 8 amazing grandchildren; 1 great grandchild and 1 great grandchild on the way.
I hope heaven knows what a wonderful woman they got on Mother’s Day. She always put everyone and their needs above her own. She never quit and worked tirelessly.
I hope she can rest easy now. We got this mom, you raised us well. Say hi to all of our lost loved ones and know we will miss you always.
