Ricco Santi

Ricco Santi, age 86, of Leesburg, Florida passed away peacefully on Friday, June 20, 2025 in Maryville, Illinois. A devoted husband, proud father, stepfather and grandfather, loyal brother, uncle, friend, and loving dog dad. He lived a life full of laughter and love. Ricco was a passionate fan of all Wisconsin sports. He was a proud graduate of Cudahy High School Class of 1956, a Union Electrician for 40+ years and a 65 year member of the (IBEW) International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. He was a 30+ years high school basketball referee, and a member of St. Paul Catholic Church, Leesburg, Florida. Ricco also served in the US Army Reserves for 6 years until his discharge in June 1966. In retirement he thoroughly enjoyed driving a school bus, moving to Florida (but still spending summers back in Wisconsin), golfing, horseshoes, playing cards, and traveling - especially to Las Vegas, and cruising. Throughout his life, above all, he loved spending time with family and friends; his door was always open.

Ricco was born in Milwaukee Wisconsin. He was the son of Pearl, nee Biadasz and Americo Santi, the middle brother of Jack (Millie) Santi and Bobby (Marge) Santi all of whom preceded him in death. His first wife and mother of his children, Theresa Santi, nee Piastowski preceded him in death in 1972. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Diane Santi, nee DeMark; his children: Mark (Jill) Santi, Brian (Jackie) Santi, Kelley Santi, Melissa (Michael) Mularski, Michael (Eleanor) Manske, and Scott Manske; his nine grandchildren: Roberta (Mark), Elena (Aidan), Alyssa (Mark), Jenna, Owen, Mike, Rebecca (Richard), Lindsey (Branden), and Gavin; and great-grandson, Austin. He is further survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.

A Memorial Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 22, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until time of Memorial Mass 11:00 a.m. at St. Patrick Parish, 107 W. Walworth Street, Elkhorn, WI 53121. Private interment.
