It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Patricia “Pat” Day of Freeport, Illinois. Pat was born on October 11, 1934, and departed this life on September 30, 2025. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, and a cherished friend to many.
Pat was known for her warmth, kindness, and gentle spirit. She found joy in her needlecraft projects, and playing games with her children and grandchildren. Above all, her greatest passion and purpose in life was her family. She loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren deeply, and they were the center of her world.
Pat leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, and devotion. She is survived by her children: Talia, Theresa, and David; grandchildren: Nadia, Kirk, Brett, Rob, and Stephanie; and great-grandchildren: Lilly, Gabriella, Sasha, Julian, Jameson, Emma, Izzy, Landon, Lacey, Brooklyn, and Laila.

Family and friends are invited to join in celebrating her life at a memorial luncheon Sunday, November 2, 2025, at 12:00 noon, with the location to be announced.
