He was born in Peoria, Illinois in1959 to Thomas Schmider & Joyce Dalton, but was adopted by Winfred & Dorothy Mitchell at 3 years old. Tom attended East Peoria High School and went on to become the Best Trim Carpenter from Illinois to SWFL. He enjoyed riding his Harley, hunting, and fishing.
Tom was preceded in death by both sets of parents, and is survived by his Brother Lynn (Dianna) Mitchell from Morton Illinois. Sister Carol Mitchell from Phoenix Arizona. Daughter Tina (Cayan Yurdusev), Granddaughter Ava and Grandson Archer of Naples. Wife of 37 years Rhonda Williams-Mitchell, Daughter Teria (Craig Bryant), Grandson Dalton ‘Bubbie’ Clark and Granddaughter Caitie Bryant.
No services will be held, however the family plans to take Tom and his dog fishing one last time.
