GOING HOME
It's the last inning and two outs
We admit sometimes we had our doubts
Now I'm heading for home base after a difficult game
It will be a score and definite win, I do proclaim
It was bases loaded and God spoke to me
"Now come on home so your face I can see"
"You ran the race, you fought the good fight
It's now time to rest and be in my sight"
"Great job, good and faithful servant
All your endeavors were so very fervent"
"You have fought the good fight and finished the game
You now can claim your heavenly fame"
"Welcome home dearest Sid
An amazing job you certainly did."
