November 29, 1933 – January 18, 2023

FRANK J. BONIEWSKI JR., Age 89, passed away peacefully on the morning of Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at Martin Nursing and Rehabilitation. He was Born in the City of Perth Amboy, New Jersey on November 29, 1933, to Frank J. Boniewski Sr. and Catherine Ann (Pado) Boniewski. Due to complications, neither he nor his mother were expected to live through childbirth and his father was asked by the doctor who performed the Caesarean section which one should he save if possible. His father distraught with the thought of losing them could not make such a decision and put his strong faith in God and miraculously they both survived. Frank grew up in his father and mother’s store Modern Appliance Company in Perth Amboy. They lived in the apartment above the store his parents owned so he was always surrounded by their strong six day a week work ethic. He attended St. Stephen’s Roman Catholic school from kindergarten through the eighth grade. At the time St. Stephen’s congregation was comprised of predominately Polish immigrants and their Polish American offspring. There he attended religious classes daily and learned to speak Polish fluently. He also learned to play the Accordion and could easily play any song by ear. Frank attended Perth Amboy High School where he met the love of his life Margie. They were true high school sweethearts who were inseparable from the start. He attended Rider College and graduated in 1955 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and continued to work in his parent’s store, while Margie attended the Perth Amboy General Hospital School of Nursing, graduating in 1954. February 20, 1955, Frank, and Margie were married at St. Stephen’s Church and began their time as husband and wife. November 30, 1955, Frank, and Marge welcomed their first child, Frank J. Boniewski III. In 1958 they bought the very first home of their own in Sayreville, New Jersey. The neighborhood they lived in was filled with the most amazing and friendly neighbors. In September of 1959 Frank was licensed in the State of New Jersey as an Insurance agent and broker in all lines of insurance. He also was licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission for the sale of Mutual Funds. October 14, 1959, Frank and Marge welcomed their second son Robert J. Boniewski. For the first four years as an Insurance Agent, he was affiliated with Nationwide Insurance Company. In 1964 Frank became an independent insurance agent through some hard work and long hours he was able to convert Ninety-Five percent of his clients and proceeded to increase his business. Frank J. Boniewski Insurance Agency grew and prospered and in 1973 he sold the agency to fulfill his desire to move to the State of Florida as his uncles George and Ed had done years earlier. Frank and Marge along with their sons, moved to Tequesta, Florida in June of 1973. Frank III would immediately be leaving for College at Tulane University in New Orleans Louisiana and Bobby would attend Jupiter high School. At this same time Marge was able to get hired as an Operating Room nurse at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. Florida did not have a reciprocity agreement with the State of New Jersey for his career as an Insurance Agent and so began his new career as a trainee in the sales department at Florida Chrysler Plymouth. Frank quickly became proficient as a new car salesman and was the top or second place in monthly sales many times. In July of 1975 Frank began as a salesman in the new car department of Bruce King Chevrolet in North Palm Beach and once again excelled as a top salesman which led to his promotion to used car sales manager. In this capacity he reorganized the used car department to function properly and profitably by hiring a top-notch sales team including Andy, Gary, Chris and Dick to name a few. While manager of the used car department Frank also had his own highly skilled mechanic Ed and expert car detailer Wayne who made sure every used car was Ok. In June of 1982 Frank was hired by Steve Moore Chevrolet in Lake Worth which eventually relocated to Greenacres and during his time there went from a top producing new car salesman to new car sales manager to general sales manager overseeing all vehicle sales. During his tenure as general sales manager Frank was able to help make the dealership one of the best in retail sales of Chevrolet automobiles and trucks not only in the State of Florida but in the entire USA. In 1985 Frank and Marge moved to Palm Beach Gardens. Later, Frank would also work at Roger Dean Chevrolet in West Palm Beach. Over his entire very successful career in automobile sales Frank met and worked with many incredible people. After retirement Frank and Marge travelled extensively throughout the USA and abroad but always concentrated on their family for family is always first. Frank and Marge moved to The Villages in 2003 and lived there for eighteen years where they met and became friends with many people. Their final move in May of 2021 brought them to Stuart, Florida to be closer to family. Frank leaves behind the love of his life Margaret who he would have been married to 68 years next month.
