We celebrate the life of Tammy Smith (Kaehler). While her journey in this life has come to an end, her journey continues on. This isn’t a goodbye but a see you later.
A Lover of life and Tammy Smith (Kaehler) love of life didn’t come to an end with her death. Tammy passed away on August 13, 2024 at the age of 65 after a courageous battle with a long time lung illness, surrounded by loved ones who will continue to honor her legacy by living their lives to the fullest spreading love and happiness and dancing to music every chance we get.
Tammy Graduated from Milton High School and then lived a simple, humble life in her hometown of Milton Florida. Where she shared her passion for music and singing her favorite songs (including Purple Rain) at karaoke with many of her friends over the years. Tammy Loved to dance and be around her loved ones. She was definitely a social butterfly and a ray of sunshine in all of our lives.
Tammy never met a stranger. Her smile alone would invite you in immediately. The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Tammy, including collecting a vast variety of many things and she strongly believed that you could never have enough pencils.(lol) She had an uncanny ability to find happiness in her daily activities. Her pleasant personality was contagious to everyone she met. Her friendship was like no other.
Her kindness and loyalty really set the bar high for others. She loved her family with everything in her and would do anything she could for anyone. She was the big (little) sister, the older sister but the little one because she was so tiny. Tammy was a very protective sister. To see her in action when being protective of anyone she loved truly proved the saying dynamite comes in small packages to be true.
Tammy’s faith in God was never failing and she held on to her faith to the very end. She is proof that you can live your life with disabilities, and imperfections and still be one of the greatest people to cross paths with.
She was a good person at heart and she was constantly sharing her never ending love with others. Her sun has set here on earth but it is rising somewhere else today but always shining bright for each of us as we live in her wonderful memories and celebrate the life of Tammy as each day comes.
Tammy is survived by her Father Joseph Kaehler , A Daughter Brooks Cantrell (Kaehler) A son Luke Smith , A Granddaughter Madison Cantrell A Grandson Zane Kaehler , A Grandson Trey (Michael Johnson) A sister Stacey Kaehler (Harley Stephanie Kaehler) A Brother Aschley Kaehler , A Brother Mitchell Kaehler (Debra Kaehler) and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
