Kathleen was born to Roy and Vivian Horn in Chicago Ill.
Kathleen is survived by her husband Robert Meader. Children: Michael Hebner and Finance Jennifer Pfieffer. Megan Brownfield and Wife Rebecca Brownfield Grandchildren: Karissa, Zach, Sarah, Emily, Sammy, Braylon, Benjamin and Oliver Great grandchild Wesson. Sister Marilyn Lutz and husband Larry. Nephews Jeremy and Brendan. Niece Meredith.
Kathy passed away after a 12-year Battle with Kidney, Vascular and lung complications.
