

Dora was born November 18, 1936 to the late Annie and Harmon Wilson in Ariton, AL.
She graduated from Jordan High School in Georgia. In 1957 Dora married the late Claude Locklin and together they had four children, Suanne, Mark, Michael and Mitchell. In 1975 she married the late Raymond Williams.
Dora was an assertive and independent businesswoman in Milton. Most would say she was a “Jill of all trades.” She owned and operated Annette’s Bridal and Formal, started the first UPS store in Milton, was an avid interior decorator, and the founder of Memory Park Cemetery.
She was predeceased in death by her husband, Raymond, her parents, and her brother Thomas (Buddy). She is survived by her four children: Suanne Johnson (Randy), Milton, FL, Michael Locklin, Pensacola, FL, Mark Locklin (Karen) Milton, FL, Mitchell Locklin, Lafayette, LA. She is also survived by her most precious gems, her grandchildren Skye Hoodless, Savannah Locklin, Brandy Fedeli, Alley Bertrand, Jake Locklin, Sarah Fontana, Mckinsey Locklin, Brooklyn Domingue, Caitlin Selman, Caleb Locklin, and Scarlett Locklin. Three Great-Grand Children, Callan Hoodless, Tyler Myers, and Hollyn Myers.
Dora will be truly missed by all who were a part of her life.
