The family of Carmen “Sissy” McGinn regret to announce her passing on August 18, 2025 in Pace, FL.
Funeral services will be held on August 22, 2025 at National Cremation & Burial Society in Milton, FL.
Carmen McGinn was born in N. Adams, MA and was the daughter of Frederick Lovern and Angelia Cooke.
She attended school at Milton High school where she graduated. In her early years she worked in retail and fast-food restaurants.
She was a loving daughter, mother, sister and stepdaughter.
She is preceded in death by her stepfather Joe Mullis, sister Barbara Gulley, brother Patrick Lovern and daughter Megan McGinn.
