Beverly Jeanne (Mann) Dassler, 62, of Pensacola, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 30, 2017, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Monroeville, Alabama and had lived in the Pensacola/Milton area since 1966. She was preceded in death by her parents Ralph and Elizabeth Mann. Beverly was a graduate of Milton High School and worked in the pharmaceutical field and was medically retired from Emcare in Pensacola.
Even though limited by physical restraints, she had a real zest for living, with a bubbly personality and enjoyed life to the fullest.
She had many friends who will miss her.
She is survived by her brother, Robert Mann (Suzanne) and sister, Mary Charles Parker (Henry). She is also survived by nieces Leslie Dobbs (Steve) and Meredith Mayeri (Mike), and by her nephews Bryce Merrill (Brigid) and John Parker. Surviving grandnephews include John Baden Dobbs; Jacob, Matthew and Adam Mayeri; and Sebastian Henri Merrill-McAuliffe.
There will be an inurnment service for family and close friends held in the Burial Garth at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Milton, Florida.
The family wishes to express our thanks to all the doctors and medical staff who worked tirelessly to maintain her health and to Sandy Ridge Health and Rehabilitation in Milton for the care they provided her. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in Beverly’s name be made to your favorite charity.
