Tucker Dobbins

Leslie Tucker Dobbins, 67, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 11th, 2023 after a extended battle with illness. He was born on November 26th, 1955 at Grady Hospital in Atlanta, GA to the late Albert and Elizabeth Dobbins. Tucker graduated from Marietta High School in 1973. Always the consummate handyman, he had a long career of successful automotive, small engine and woodworking ventures in his lifetime. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved riding motorcycles, hunting and fishing throughout his life. In his later years, his greatest joy was fishing with his wife, Roxanne, his son, and his grandsons. Tucker is survived by his wife of 47 years and faithful caregiver, Roxanne Dobbins; son, Brad Dobbins (Amy) of Cartersville, GA; grandchildren, Hunter, Charlie & Jack; sisters, Gail Campbell, Tish Gentry; sisters-in-law, Kim Short, Cindy Johnson and a number of nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents. Per Tucker’s wishes, there will be no funeral or memorial service. Instead, he asked that friends and loved ones have a toast in celebration of his life.
