Steven D.T. Harper Jr.

Steven D.T. Harper Jr. was born in Tucker, Georgia, on December 4, 1998, to Steven D.T. Harper Sr. and Gillian Meyers. He graduated from The Cottage School on May 19, 2017, and was a devoted member of St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, where he served faithfully as an Altar Boy, a Junior Knight of the Knights of St. Peter Claver Branch #313 and received his sacraments.

Steven was a vibrant soul whose passions touched many. He was a beloved Twitch streamer, a dedicated DragonCon adventurer, and a cherished uncle to his fur babies—Anubis, Okoye, and Binx. He attended college and was a compassionate caregiver to neighbors, family, and friends. Known for his listening ear and wise advice, Steven was a food enthusiast, a “Crockpot Sous” chef alongside his sister, a reluctant gardener with his mother, a music connoisseur, a poet, and an avid anime fan.

On Wednesday, July 23, 2025, Steven’s earthly journey came to a close. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his mother, Gillian Meyers; his father, Steven D.T. Harper Sr.; his sister, Kristina Harper; his grandmother, Audrey B. Carey; his aunts, Stephanie Durden (Walee) and Amber Carey; and his cousins, Audrey Hines (Bear) and Dorthea Durden. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Daniel E. Meyers. Steven also leaves behind a host of extended family and friends who will forever cherish his memory.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at 10:00 am at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 2560 Tilson Road, Decatur, GA 30032 with a repast to follow.
