

Pat Fiscus peacefully passed away on July 30, 2022 at her home in Boynton Beach, FL surrounded by family and friends. She touched many lives over the years and her kindness and generosity were legendary to those fortunate to have met her.
Pat moved to Florida from Sparta, NJ following her retirement as the Executive Board Secretary with Morris Hills Regional District Board of Education, Rockaway, NJ. Before that, she was a reporter/branch manager of the Franklin, MA office of the Milford Daily News.
When Pat arrived in Palm Harbor in 1995, she became a member of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Clearwater, FL. She served on the Vestry as Secretary, as editor of the church newsletter, and as the committee chair of the Caregivers team. Besides raising her children, helping others gave Pat a great sense of fulfillment.
In 2016, Pat moved to Boynton Beach, FL to live with her eldest daughter Elizabeth and son-in-law Joseph. She was so grateful to be a part of their home and that she was able to go to her rest in their care.
She is survived by her children Elizabeth J. Ryan of Boynton Beach, FL; Richard G. Fiscus, Jr. of Centerville, MA; Melissa L. Mabe of Tampa, FL; and John A. Fiscus of Roswell, GA; her seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; brother, Donald H. Meyncke, Jr., Palm Harbor, FL; sister-in-law Marylou Meyncke, Palm Harbor, FL; a cousin, Carol Kearney, Phoenix, AZ; and many nieces and nephews. Pat was predeceased by her beloved husband, Richard G. Fiscus, Sr. in 1998.
Pat’s Celebration of Life Service will be held at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, 3200 McMullen Booth Road, Clearwater, FL on September 10, 2022 at 11 am.
In lieu of flowers, Pat requested that donations be made to Holy Trinity Episcopal Church or the Alzheimer’s Association.
