Born in Kollengode, Kerala on October 16, 1950, Janardhanan spent his childhood in Trivandrum, where he developed a profound, lifelong passion for learning. Guided by his desire to serve others, his professional journey took a beautiful path from dedicating his early years as an educator and school principal to later pivoting careers to become a compassionate Registered Nurse.
Alongside his wife, Suhasini Devi, with whom he shared forty-eight years of marriage, Janardhanan built a vibrant life that spanned continents. Together, they made homes and lasting memories across India—in Surat and Jalandhar—and throughout the United States in Beltsville, MD; Columbia, MD; Loma Linda, CA and Houston, TX.
His legacy of love, education, and care lives on through his family. He is survived by his wife, Suhasini; his son, Michael Devi and daughter-in-law, Jasmine Devi; his daughter, Monica Devi and son-in-law Jose Luis Davila Gonzalez; and his cherished grandsons, Jax and Chase Devi.
A funeral service to honor and celebrate his remarkable life will be held at 705 E. Burress St., Houston, TX 77022. All friends and family are welcome to attend and pay their respects.
