As a child, he spent many hours on the water enjoying crabbing and fishing in Norfolk. He attended Churchland High School where he excelled as #35 on the basketball team where he had many friends. He attended William and Mary College until he was called upon by the Marine Corp. to engage in the Korean War. He had a successful career in sales with Firestone, Wagner Lockheed and Dana Corporation.
Buck loved to cook and was great at it! He had a passion for taking cruises and enjoyed many.
Preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Carol and brother, Jack.
Survivors include wife, Marilyn, daughter, Lisa Lucas (John), two sons, Mark (Charlotte), and Nick Norfleet. Five grandchildren, Brandon (wife Kendra), Lauren Lucas (fiancé Blake), Lauren (husband Colton), Melia and Sabrina Norfleet. Three great grandchildren, Nixon, Makena and Tristan.
He is loved and missed by many! Semper Fi!
